Terms of training
These terms govern sittings booked with Runtime Maphub. By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or taking a seat in the Khlong Toei classroom, you accept them.
Who we are
Runtime Maphub provides in-person and scheduled video training in technical analysis for risk-managed breakout trading. Our studio address is 3797/49-50 Rama Iv Phra Khanong Khlong Toei, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10110, Thailand. Contact: hello@runtime-maphub.digital and +66 023901433.
Acceptance
A sitting is confirmed only when we write back to accept your place and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit has cleared. These terms apply in addition to the description of the sitting on this website. If you do not agree, do not take the seat.
Nature of the training
We teach how to define ranges, closes, invalidation, and size on charts you already trade. We do not manage accounts, place orders, provide personalised investment advice under Thai securities law, or promise profit. Past classroom examples are teaching material, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, or contract.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 20 years old. You are responsible for your own trading decisions before, during, and after a sitting. You must not record the classroom without written permission. Chart packs we hand you are for your study; they are not for resale or for running a parallel class.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, printed packs, curriculum notes, and the text on this website belong to Runtime Maphub unless we say otherwise. You may keep your filled worksheets and your own marked charts. You may not copy the packs for other traders, publish them, or use Runtime Maphub materials to advertise another classroom.
Seats, timing, and conduct
Workshop evenings begin at the stated hour. After 18:40 we may refuse entry so the first page is not interrupted. Open Chart Evenings close the door at 19:15. We may ask anyone to leave who records others, shares account balances against house rules, or repeatedly ignores the ‘close, level, or size’ rule after being warned.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the law of Thailand, Runtime Maphub is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, or decisions you take after a sitting. Our liability for a sitting you paid for is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting, except where Thai law does not allow that limit — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
The classroom is a working room. Tell us before the sitting if you need a quieter seat or cannot use stairs. We will try to arrange it; we cannot promise every access need on every evening.
Changes
We may move an intake to another Tuesday if the instructor is ill or the room is unusable. We will write to the seats on that intake. If the new date does not work for you, the refund terms on the refund page apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from sittings booked with Runtime Maphub, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Thai law.
