Refunds and missed sittings
These rules apply to classroom seats and desk hours at Runtime Maphub. They do not mention goods we do not sell. If a line below conflicts with a mandatory right under Thai law, the law wins.

Workshop seats
Full refund of deposit and balance if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before week one, or if we cancel the intake and cannot offer another Tuesday that works for you.
Deposit kept, balance refunded if you cancel between thirteen and five days before week one. The deposit holds a scarce chair; we cannot always fill it that late.
No refund of the fee once week one has begun, including if you miss later Tuesdays. We will try to place you in a later intake for the evenings you missed, without a new fee, if a chair exists — that is a courtesy, not a right.
Desk Review and Risk Plan Sitting
Cancel in writing at least forty-eight hours before the hour we confirmed and we refund in full. Inside forty-eight hours, or if you do not arrive, the fee is kept. You may reschedule once, if you write at least forty-eight hours ahead and we have another hour in the following three weeks.
Open Chart Evening
The evening fee is refundable if you cancel before 12:00 on the day. After that, or if you arrive after 19:15 and the door is shut, the fee is kept. Alumni evenings that carry no fee have nothing to refund.
Work already started, and materials
Printed chart packs and worksheets handed out in a sitting are part of the teaching hour. We do not refund them separately, and we do not buy them back. If we cancel after you have already sat week one, we refund the unused evenings on a simple quarter of the workshop fee per remaining week, and you keep the packs you already received.
How a refund is paid
We return money by the same method you used to pay, within fourteen Bangkok working days after we accept the request. Bank charges on the return, if any, are yours if the original payment came from outside Thailand.
No-shows
If you do not come and do not write, the sitting is treated as taken. For the workshop, that still consumes week one. Tell us if a storm or a hospital keeps you; we will use judgement, once, for a move to another intake.
Exceptions
If we have to stop a sitting because of instructor illness and cannot finish the hour, we refund that sitting in full or offer another date. If we ask you to leave for recording the room or sharing balances against house rules, there is no refund for the remaining time that evening.
