What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, sitting of interest, preferred date, market you trade, and the message you write. If you take a seat we may also hold a phone number, deposit records, and notes from a desk review that you asked us to keep. We do not ask for broker passwords, national ID scans, or account balances unless you volunteer a number for a risk sitting — and even then we prefer a range.

Why we hold it

We use these details to reply to enquiries, confirm seats, prepare chart packs, and keep a record of what was agreed in a sitting. The legal bases we rely on are: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the sitting you booked, our legitimate interest in running a small classroom honestly, and consent where you have accepted optional cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months. Seat files (name, sitting dates, fee records, and any risk plan you asked us to store) are kept for three years after the last sitting, which is long enough to answer a refund question and no longer than we need. Desk-review notes are kept for one year unless you ask us to destroy them sooner.

Who we share with

We do not sell lists. We may share details with an accountant or a payment provider solely to record a fee, and with Thai authorities if the law requires it. Instructors named on this site see the charts and messages needed to run your sitting. They do not take those folders home to build a newsletter.

International transfers

This website may be hosted on servers outside Thailand. If your enquiry is stored outside Thailand, we still treat it under this notice. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, we use a written contract with the host that requires appropriate care of the data. You may write to hello@runtime-maphub.digital and ask where your file currently sits.

Your rights

You may ask to see the details we hold, to correct them, to delete them where we have no lasting need, to object to a use based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw cookie consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. Write to us first at hello@runtime-maphub.digital; we will answer within thirty days.

Children

Sittings are for people 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect details from children. If you believe we have, write and we will delete the file.
